Kevin Jewelers - Temperature Promotion
Any individual who makes a purchase during July 1, 2008 - August 15, 2008 (Qualified Sales Period) at any Kevin Jewelers location is entitled to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax and delivery charges, if the temperature reaches a minimum of 101 degrees or higher as recorded by Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Los Angeles, CA on August 25, 2008.
All purchases made during the above period are final. No returns, exchanges or cancellations are permitted. Customers who purchase merchandise and do not wish to participate in the Advertised Temperature Promotion must sign the non-participation agreement at the bottom of this page.
Individuals, who have made a purchase during the Qualified Sales Period must PAY IN FULL in order to be eligible to receive a refund as a Qualified Customer.
The temperature will be measured at the Official National Weather Services Station as indicated in Rule No.1.
In the event the temperature hits 101 degrees as defined in Rule no. 1 above, refunds will be made to Qualified Customers subject to the following:
Qualified Customers must return to the Kevin Jewelers location where the purchase was made on or before September 15, 2008 to be eligible for a refund;
Qualified Customers must present their original sales receipt confirming their eligibility at Kevin Jewelers on or before September 15, 2008 to be eligible for a refund;
A refund will be given only to the original purchaser/Qualified Customer.
Qualified Customers will receive their refund on or before October 28, 2008.
Purchases made outside of the Qualified Sales Period and all sales tax and delivery charges are not eligible for a refund.
Kevin Jewelers reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time, without notice, and honor those purchases made prior to the cancellation of the promotion.
Employees of Kevin Jewelers and their suppliers are not eligible to participate in this Rain Promotion.
